We deliver throughout Tunisia and ship orders within 3 to 14 days from the order date. Delivery times vary depending on the availability of the ordered products and the delivery location.

You can return your items within 14 days following the receipt date, provided that the returned goods are unused and in their original packaging. The products must be intact and in their original condition.

Please contact us via the form to arrange the return with one of our delivery drivers. The return fee is 8 TND and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

The refund will be processed according to the payment method chosen during delivery.

• If paid by credit card, the refund will be made to the card within 7 days after the return.
• If paid in cash upon delivery, the refund will be made in cash by the delivery driver.
